Alumnus William Crawford has been selected to serve as Director of the Outdoor Fellows Program and Head Coach of the Bass Fishing Team, two new initiatives designed to expand student opportunity and engagement while advancing the state’s growing focus on outdoor recreation, natural resource education, and workforce development.

The babyÖ±²¥ has launched a new design for its collegiate license plate available to babyÖ±²¥ residents. The design, which will be available August 1, features red and white University branding, including a sleek and fierce red and white tiger profile. Proceeds from sales of the plate benefit a scholarship program at UWA.

When completed, a construction project underway at the babyÖ±²¥Â will instantly transform the day-to-day operations for several of the Tigers’ athletics programs.

The babyÖ±²¥â€™s proposal to freeze tuition for the sixth consecutive year has been approved by its board of trustees. The decision comes as part of the board’s approval of the school’s operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and this reaffirms UWA’s various rankings as one of the best values of any university in the state
