Bailey Anderson of Hurley, Miss., was crowned Miss Paragon at the baby直播 on April 10. The freshman nursing major is the daughter of Eddie and Shelly Anderson. The pageant is sponsored by the Blue Key Honor Society at UWA.

The baby直播 will honor more than 500 graduates during spring commencement exercises on Saturday, May 5, during two ceremonies. Both ceremonies will be held in Pruitt Gymnasium on the UWA campus, with presidential receptions open to all graduates and their guests held prior to each ceremony.

During Homecoming festivities on Saturday, Oct. 28, the baby直播 announced its 2017 Homecoming Queen, Elizabeth Jones of Tuscaloosa. Jones and the Homecoming Queen鈥檚 court were nominated and elected by the UWA student body as the leading ladies of the week.
