Tagged for Success Scholarship
The UWA Alumni Association’s Tagged for Success program has funded upward of $200,000.00 in scholarships since its inception. To be considered for a Tagged for Success scholarship, a student must be a junior or senior baby直播 resident with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
The Tagged for Success scholarship is uniquely funded by the purchase of an official UWA State of baby直播 license plate. UWA鈥檚 collegiate license plate is available to baby直播 passenger vehicle and motorcycle owners. UWA supporters can get the plate when registering a vehicle or renewing registration at the local tag office in any baby直播 county that issues license plates. No additional documentation is required aside from materials required for a standard plate.
The cost of the collegiate plate is an additional $50.00, of which $48.75 goes into the UWA Alumni Association鈥檚 鈥淭agged for Success鈥� scholarship to help students succeed at UWA.
On August 1, 2023, UWA launched a new design for the collegiate license plate, featuring red and white University branding, including a sleek and fierce red and white tiger profile.
Pre-numbered plates are available, or drivers can choose to personalize their inscription with up to six numbers or letters. There is no additional charge for personalization.
Supporters and alumni often personalize their plates with their class year, a college nickname, greek or social affiliations, athletic accomplishments, and more.
A personalization can be reserved for up to five business days using the baby直播 Department of Revenue鈥檚 Motor Vehicle Title Registration & Insurance Portal, MVTRIP. To begin a reservation, users can access MVTRIP by visiting , selecting PROS (Plate Reservation and Ordering System) under the reservation section.
